The day had come at last, the historic inauguration of President Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino III and Vice President Jejomar Binay at the Quirino Grandstand.
In his speech, Pres. Aquino talked mostly of change, an end to corruption, better investment climate and a government answerable to the people.
An estimated crowd of 600,000 attended the Inaugural.
